Hey gang,

I'm trying to place my first order with Ray and I seem to be having trouble getting him to respond.  I've requested a quote both through the web site as well as by sending him a direct email.  I have not heard back from him.  Is there another holiday going on that I'm not aware of?  I've been trying to get the quote for almost a month now.  I just wanted to see if I'm missing something or if I should just keep emailing him until I hear back.

Normally takes about 24 hrs for me to get a response. Are you using the "Contact" from his web site?

I tried that one first and then went on to direct email. He may just be really busy. I'll keep at it and hope for the best.

Are you using You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login ? It has been awhile but that was the email he replied with back then.

I have just received a partial orde <;dr today. He responded promptly to my email, confirming that I have. A 2nd package on the way.
