 Well I just made the final plunge with Ray Wu.

  10-reels of flex strip
  24- strings of 100 node pixels
  60- 3 core water proof plugs
  50- 2 core water proof plugs (if anyone needs any, let me know)
   1-tester.

      As Chevy Chase said in vacation.   I'M IN DEEEEEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

   Only kidding. I'm alittle behind, but everything seems to be coming together. Can't wait to start testing.

   I've joined the comrads of the pixel world. Jeese!!!!!! that was corny.

I see a conductor coop coming probably after the show. 

There is also someone developing a Pixelnet splitter (a cousin to the DMX splitter).

Oh yeah it's in the wiki but there hasn't been a coop or much said about it but there is a Dumb String Controller. 
Probably for cheap(r) RGB Pixelnet Mini Trees.

I'm pretty much all set. I'll just need a conductor or slave. I run video with my show, so Im pretty sure I can use the slave with LSP, but with the new LSP 2.5 I may not need to. Just in case I have back up for everything. I'm going from a 300 channel display to a 6000 give or take a few channel display. Alot of unknowns. I'm pretty sure I got all the bases covered.  (2etd,1 extra, 4 active hubs, 1 extra, 30 ssc's 4 extra, dmx spliters, ss4s, etc, etc,) I also bought 25% more of the lights I need for this year for failure rate.

                                            I hope I'm good. Probably not.
