Is it possible to use a Wireless TX/RX off of a Smart String Hub?

For the DMX-OUT, yes.

For a pixelnet out, no.

That is how I run all my DMX equipment. Hub to txrx and everything else has receivers. My only coax is for the smart strings.

I do the same, I use the DMX out on the Hub to a TX/RX.
Working great.
