I wonder just how successful the shack could become if they went back to the way they were in some ways. I doubt that they would do well with stereo equipment but returning to making kits and actually selling popular parts would definitely have me going thru their doors much more often.
Even when they have something I need, I hate going in there these days. While I don't know for a fact, I am pretty sure by the way that they act that they are paid on commission, which I hate. If I say I don't need help, don't follow me around! Even worse, they usually can't answer any questions about anything other than cell phones.
