HAVE DATA LINK LED
FLASHED FOR DMX
ELIMINATED CABLE AND SOFTWARE ISSUES CHECKED SETUP WITH ANOTHER CONTROLLER IT WORKED FINE
THIS IS A NEWLY BUILT BOARD
PASSED ALL TEST

Pictures of both sides of the board will help

no need for all upper case letters
Did you run the self check


Normal things to check.
Solder joints
Reflash pic
Are the jumpers correctly set
Are all of the chips in the correct way?

Did you set the start address?
After the initial build, sometimes you need to set the address and make sure you are in operate mode.

Make sure the wireless jumper is correct as this would be the symptom of it not being on or soldered.

sorry for the caps
fixed the jumper for wireless was bad checked it with meter it was wide open used a jumper from another it worked fine
thanks for all the help and suggestions
off to build some more boards
