As a newbie here do I need to order the PCB now then wait for a kit coop or will you be doing a kit with PCB coop later this year?
Thanks
Gordon

There is no kit coop for the PCB.  The part savings is negligible as stated on previous occasions.

This is a good way for you to get your first dongle PCBs.

Wow, I would not have thought that but the USB module (the main cost of the dongle) just really does not get any cheaper with quantity:
1:  $25.00
25:  $24.00
50:  $23.25
100:  $22.40

That would NOT be worth running a COOP would it...

When you order your parts at Mouser, I suggest ordering the resistors in minimum numbers of 10 as you can basically get some free resistors for your parts stores that way (it really drops the unit prices). I just figured that out ordering up parts for two dongles!
