I think building the guy in step 14 would be as far as I would take that project :)

Good luck with the sequencing....I was pulling my hair out yesterday trying to get some animated faces into nutcracker. I finally got it figured out, but oh my goodness it wasn't for the faint of heart. I may fire up some sort of application like camtasia (do they still use that for recording tutorials) and show the steps I took... all the way from the basics like borrowing a LSP file that is already marked up, bringing it into HLS, exporting the goodness, converting in Nutcracker, making some time timing marks, hit the randomness button  and bobs your uncle.

It sounds like a few of us need to roll up our sleeves and figure out a better way to make a timing sequence for lyrics in songs.  We need a brainstorming thread.
