Help, when i try to test my channels in Vixen it says "access to COM3 is denied" Any ideas?

Have you confirmed that the dongle is on Com3?

Check your running processes, sometimes vixen won't shutdown and it will still be holding the port.
If you used another program that uses the port it could be holding it open.
Last sometimes I just unplug the cable to get the removal sound, then plug it back in to get the add it sound and it works.
