It's artwork for using the J1SYS ICSP28b (28-pin adapter) with the 14-pin PIC24F04KA200.

The chip will fit, but you will need to make your own jumpers for it to work. It is easily doable though!

You're welcome, glad I could help!   Thank you for adding it to the Wiki!   Just yell if you'd like more [cheap, hokey, silly]  :)  looking artwork, I truly enjoy sketching such things up.   Since I'm happy with my display, nothing more to add, really, (except sequencing) I hope I can contribute more back to DLA!   Just yell!
