Mach3,Rhino3d,Meshcam V4,Vcarvepro 6.5,CopperCam,SheetCam are my main apps to run it. I like having the right apps to do what ever I want to with it.

I am happy with the screws but thank you for the very generous offer.  <res.

Holly smokes - that's what you've been doing with your time! That's some pretty serious software skills to pickup "on the fly".  It took me about a year to 100% master, alone.

Sorry I think I confused some of you. I have had a CNC machine all along. This is nothing new. We just did a major upgrade on it to make it faster and more exacting. So I did not have to learn it all on the fly.

I have made a lot of stuff with it. We used it originally to proto circuit boards for the Avionics Business. Then it set alot. I did upgrade software when we upgraded the machine.

I have cut coro, done wood projects, arcylic, pcbs, plastic cases and boxes, billet aluminum. I added a picture of a address sign I did for our house out of a 24" x 10" x 3/4" solid piece of 6061-t6 aluminum for my wife.

So the machine is a handy thing to have.

Heres an example of arcylic stuff:
