Order issues

After reading the posts again, maybe I was jumping the gun. It appears Jim was just referring to the TH2010 that Ray had not "shipped" yet.

Not trying to bad mouth anyone, and I can only imagine the rush of orders he got with the smart strings......but,
Feb 21st ordered/paid for non smart string leds- still has not shipped.

Spoke with him numerous time and appears to be sincere, but no action as of yet.

I wrote to Alibaba and they stated that they wont release the funds even though it been more than 45 days when I first contacted them.

I must state that I have placed / recieved 2 orders with Ray previously, and have not any problems......gave him a high rating as the items arrived faster than expected.

I probably will order from him again, just need to resolve this issue first.

An update on my controller order. I got it yesterday. Once I got some operator head space issues resolved, the controller worked great. Also, I have started testing my smart strings and burning them in. So far all of the nodes have worked with no problems. I am letting each string run for at least 12 hours.

I received an active DHL tracking number on the 1st.  Lights are on the way.

Ray finally did come thru and everything has been received. My shipment of connectors went to a person in France and his order came to me in Texas. Ray paid me for the shipping costs to France and Texas and everything is now straight. The quality of my order looks good, but I don't have a way to test anything till the COOP completes. I am waiting patiently as RJ should get lots of presents from Santa for all he does.
