« on: November 22, 2010, »
is there an average soldering temperature or a common range of temperatures used when doing circuit board work? im just trying to get some idea of where to set my soldering station to get good results.

It can vary from part to part Big part that heatsinks and small part would be a little different.

But I use as a rule of thumb 360 C as a basic most parts temp. You should be able to be on the part a minimum of time at this temp which is what you want.
