Great show!

The model T, 3D printer analogy I found very interesting and spot on.

At 6:40, there was the mentioning that the neighbours tend to try a bit harder decorating their house once they see the guy down the street goes over the top with the lights and music. My wife made the observation with our street, and I tend to agree. The Christmas light thing is contagious.  :)

I live on a cul-de-sac and last year was my first year....this year every house on the culdesac had lights up.  None of them animated, but a couple of them did come over and inquire why I didn't have all my lights up and showed interest in animation (I gave them this website address!).  I didn't get an animated display up this year due to several family and work related issues, but I won't procrastinate this year.  I will have blinky flashy next year!

RJ, that was very interesting how you described the origins of DLA and all the work you do.  I'm very thankful you and your volunteer staff put so much into this hobby.  I couldn't have done this year without all the great hardware and advise this place has to offer.

Outstanding!   <res.

Thanks for sharing.  Very interesting and inspiring.  I liked the comment about starting in November and trying to pull a show together.  I came on after Christmas and it still doesn't seem like enough time for this year.
