Matt Brown has fixed/enhanced the Meteor effect. We renamed the Starfield Effect to be "Explode" and "Implode"
Enhancement: Matt added new directions for Meteors. They now can go left and right.



Release notes:

3.1.1:  Aug 12,2013 - Bug Fix: (Matt Brown). Matt has fixed the Meteor effect. He has also enhanced it so meteors can fall to the left or right.
                  We have   renamed   Starfiled to be called "explode" and "implode"
               - Enhancement: (Matt Brown)  I made some improvements to countdown & skip blank cells logic. I also changed a couple of method names to make them more clear. Also, the timer now skips if the last interval takes more than 50ms to process. Before it was blocking until the last interval finished (so if every interval took more than 50ms you had a stackup of waiting timer calls to process).

Remember do a "File,Backuo" before installing any new version of xlights.

by the way is there a way to get a star into the model display there is 3 type a tree ,, window frame single  ect but no star ... a 5 point star would be good i think unles there is a way to do it ....thanks

Woodbadge training is for adults only., It was last thu,fri,sat. 15 hour days.
To finish training i will be going thu,fri,sat on aug 22

I dont have stars yet, but i will. i have a corostar. inner row is 10 nodes, middle row is 20 nodes, outer row is 30 nodes.

yes, yesterday at 5:45pm nutcracker123.com was hacked into by someone in russia.
there is a vulnerability inside of wordpress that allowed this.

i am having the site restored by hostmonster., i will delete wordpress for now (so much for my plan to document xlights/nutcracketr)

ok, nutcracker123.com has been restored to last fridays backup. wordpress has been deleted.

the restore , for some reason, has not brought back all files. i have at least posted 3.1.1 so you can download it.

I had to leave shortly after I found that, came home and my AVIRA found that virus in my computer it is a sad day that some one has to hack a Christmas light program. but a big thank you to all who are working on this you guys are doing an awesome job.

BTW, Hostmonster had me go to this site to check fo rthe iframe injection.

it worked and identified that a dynamic java script was creating the iframe redirect.

We found teh code (called php5.php), it has references to sites in Russia.;

I found it pretty cheeky that in their 2300 lines of code they had this "ANY MODIFIED REPUBLISHING IS RESTRICTED"
