went to my local home depot to pick up some sp2 18 gauge cord @42dollars for 250 ft
and vampire plugs 1.35 each

looked at cords to see if i could get a better price store associate asked if he could help
i told him what i was doing and how many i needed they were priced at 1.47 each for a 6 ft cord

we negotited the price since i was buying all the 6 ft ones settled on 1.25 each for 6 ft
and 2.00 each for 12 ft
ended up buying 108 6 ft ones
and 48 of th3e 12 ft


he also told me during huricane season they really overstock these and really mark them down after huricane passes to get rid of overstock
