NOTHING LIKE IT!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP
« on: September 03, 2012, »
i must say, after doing all this soldering, pic programming, sequencing, pulling my hair out, etc... there is nothing like watching the led's on the express controller blinking back and forth to the sequence that i designed, and the pcb's that I built! i want to thank everyone involved with making this hobby possible. this is my first season with true light animation and i look forward to many years to come. mr christmas is definitely a thing of the past. my progress and strides that i have made the last couple of weeks are all thanks to the people that sold me my equipment, told me what was wrong when it was wrong. THANK YOU ALL  VERY MUCH.

greatly appreciative

Duane

Sam, who is happy he flashed his etherdongle with newest firmware!

Duane,

While I do not have as many channels as you for this year, I am also working on Halloween.  I have had my trials through these builds as well and I have to agree with you that there is no better place to be than right here.  No snide comments when something so obvious is kicking you in the butt, no rudeness, just people who have been there and are willing to help the "little guy".  I just hope that one day I am in a position that I can help someone like everyone has helped me!  Good job and continue to enjoy!

Thanks to all - Nothing but  <res. for you !!

This too is my first year and I am very excited and also nervous as you know what for it. But with all the help and information sharing I know that it will happen.

Thanks to all.

Thanks guys

This is the why reason RJ created DLA

Also it is whats keeps him going for hours and hours of coding, trouble shooting, packing and shipping items from the store. Answering tons of  pm's , etc

btw: Congrats to all on their new adventures in the world of blinkly flashly

It makes us glad to hear this!

This is what DLA is for, and why our rules are the way they are.

Enjoy yourselfs it is a lot of fun. And if you have not had your first show yet and seen the faces of the people watching your creation, you have no idea of the enjoyment you will get from it.
