Parts # not the same
« on: February 10, 2010, »
Hi, Not to sound stupid but the parts # in the manaul is 581-SA105E104Z and the BOM # SA115C104KAR for the EX/RX ,I just want to make sure these two were the same thing and just a different part # but go in the same place on the EX/RX PCB . I looked them up in mouser and did not see much difference so I soldered it in place did I make a boo boo hope not? Sorry if this is a stupid ? as I have never done this before and trying to follow directions to the T and I know common sense comes in to play ,but just making sure my choice to solder was a good one.

Hi Jeff,

You should be just fine,

The newer part number is for handling colder temps. I think you are in warmer part of the country so no biggie.
