well my show has been on since Wednesday flawless running 500 channel of mix lynx .. ren 48 and 1 ren 24 ... all wireless

well those are call meteor ligh ..i get them from china ,, they are 3 ft and some almost 4 ft .... they were cheap ..less than 9 $ ... i have 50 of them .. io aks the mgf to make them for 110 volt and not 12 v then i ran a clothe line wire across my tree,, then attache the meteor ligh with vampire plug to stp2 wire wicht i attache to the clothes line ... then i plug 1 end to power and voila ... is was actualy easier than i though it would ... if you want the contack from china let send me a pm as i did not deal with ray for those ...

my plan was to used hls but i never went the pixel way just dum rgb and i did not feel like starting all over with my 500 chanel .. i had few song in my show and i add the extra chanel,,,, tweek it for few week and voila,,,, as for my dum rgb I treat them like red green and blue in vixens ,, with a mix i think they turn alrigh as i knew the basinc color like purple is red and blue and yellow is green and blue ... the rest i mix them lol

Barbotte, I like your little trees around the 45 second mark in the video below. I see that the border is all pixel strings, but I see that the insides of them have a glowing hue. How did you do that, or is it just the camera making it look that way?

it looks like either the lights are illuminating the coroplast, or there might be nodes (or rectangles, squares, etc...) behind it illuminating.
in the video, it kinda looks like the first idea.

I was hoping that it was be something that wind could blow through. I was trying to get some ideas... I have some hollow "Trangle Trees" in my yard--one of which is about 7 feet tall; if it was coroplast, it would blow away in one of our windstorms!

in the video, it kinda looks like the first idea.
those are made with coroplast ... 4 ft tall ... with hole all around it and rgb dum string .. so far so good wind did not blow them away as they are 1-2 ft into the ground

you could cut out the shape of a tree, then cutout a tree shape inside (make it thick enough to still have some strength)
