Well - I just have to tell someone about my success today. Last week I put together my first dongle. This is my first move into Lynx hardware. I have lots more on order. All went well even with programing. It took a little longer that it should have because I am working on a complete "how to" for the dongle (which might help pull things together for the newbie). I hadn't had time to test it. Last night I put together my second dongle in less than 30 minutes (always need at least one spare). Today I thought that I better find a way to test them. At this point in time I only have LOR controllers. So I decided to test that. I made the cable converter. By looking at the Vixen posts I was finally able to get Vixen to work (I have used S2). I worked up a short test sequence and
everything worked! Thanks to RJ and everyone here at DLA for all of the hard work and thoughtfulness. It is great to be associated with such a great group of people.
