Title: smart string lengths
Post by: Unibits on August 13, 2011,
I have been trying to answer this question.  How long are the smartstings.  I have seen the length of the rigid, flexible and others.  I can not find a length for the 50, 75, 100 and 125 count strings.  I believe I remember reading they are spaced at 4 inches apart but that too is a guest.  Can anyone help me out?

Thanks

I would say that would be the estimated lengths. The set of strings I got all measured different lengths because they are hand assembled. Also the 128 nodes is a typo it should be 13.8m

But that seems like good info to add to the wiki pixelnet library

Hi Folks

After going though the numbers I think what Ray Wu posted is long. I think he added the wire lead lengths before and after the nodes not just the nodes themselves

Sorry me Again

I forgot to mention that I did add the lengths to the Chart in the pixelnet library right under where the links are to order the strings

Cheers
