I have forgot the cap like 3 times and it is always a  <fp. moment.

So, I went ahead and drilled all the caps and fed the wires through the drilled caps.

No more forgot caps.

Also, don't forget if your using the 3 pin connectors from Ray, to put the lock nuts on the male plug side.

Only thing I dont like about building the SSCs is the RJ45 cable soldering.  Am going to suggest for future version that maybe we can go with and I am not sure of the official term to call them, but they are the same type of connector that you plug your fans etc into motherboards.  They are key'd so they can not be pluged in backwards, and you just punch down the wire into the top of the connectors.

would be much easier if you had to change out a pcb and didnt have another case built etc, just pull a cap off, unplug the 2 connectors, put in new ready to go pcb, plug in connected and put caps back on etc.

Would not think it would add much to the cost of each board - but would make board swap out 100% easier....

just my .02

Thanks everyone for the tips.
Just thought I'd bump this thread in case anyone else was looking for it.
