After removing all the resisters I started to think that it might be a better idea to mount them on the back of the board instead of on the front where there really isn't any way to get to them. I don't see a problem with this, but i figured i would post it here first.

height of the fuse would make it much easier to get like tweezers on it to get it out between the rj45 sockets?

these would be ideal, but i don't think they would fit and can only find them surface mount:  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

So after replacing all 16 of the fuzes I now have power form all 16 of the rj45 jacks. I think the computer case I am using to house the hub shorted the fuzes out.
