LOL, that video was great but it reminds me of the joke  How do you keep an ?????? in suspence.  In this case it would be:  post half of the video instruction manual and say I'll be right back.  I do like your idea of setting up a coop for the soldering supplies but you may want to set one of those up prior to the coop for the Aether and possibly adding some of those SMT practice boards offered before.  Looking at that Aether board I can see that it is an expensive one and would personally feel uncomfortable using that board as my first attempt at surface soldering.

Quite the production, RJ!

I thought that it was cool that he had set up the studio to look just like the inside of a suburban home's garage. That was a nice touch.

If you mean on the LEDS? yes

The rest is solderpaste as I describe in the first video.
