The control panel will not recognize the Conductor until you have created:
1) at least one *.seq and/or *.mp3 file on the compact flash (CF) card,
2) created a password, which will create a password.dat file on the CF card,
3) create at least one show, which will create a file *.sho on the CF card, and
4) schedule a show to run, which will create a playlist.dat file on the CF card.
All four of these must be met before the control panel will see the Conductor.

Just built a week schedule and mine came out fine. Says waiting. I did not have mine start until tomorrow night so I am just going to leave it and see what happens.

On the "Repeat Until" line it looks like a "Day" and "Time" were not entered.

Denny there is no "everyday" in the "Repeat until" I left mine blank as well. I will see if my show goes off tonight as scheduled.

I just ran a test and I can recreate your program exception. The problem is caused because the minute field is being left blank. It will let you add it but when you try to save it it throws up a program exception. Putting a zero in the field corrects the situation.
I'm not sure what the Conductor will do when when it tries to schedule it.
After I saved my schedule without a number in the minute field I was unable to get back into the schedule. It kept throwing up the same error. To correct this situation I went into the file playlist.dat and zero'd (X'00') out the bad entry. Another easier way is to just delete the playlist.dat file, which will remove all schedules. The next time you go into the scheduler it will recreate the file.

So to understand you Denny, If you enter a number in your minute field (even a zero) all is well?
-
Yep, that's correct!

I would think that a zero is a valid entry and would mean "on the hour". This should be a simple software fix by setting some defalt values in these fields.

thanks the zero fixed it
