For those of is using windows phones, how do we upload videos to YouTube or pics to the site other than thru a PC? I've been trying but I can't even find an app.

I typically upload to skydrive and then create a link which I can share.  Or I upload to skydrive, download from skydrive to PC and then upload to youtube.  You could also use Vimeo.  I believe their app allows you to upload.
