Not being 100% sure figured I would throw it out there...

The silk screening on the PCB just shows where to hook up the 12V AC input feeds.  However, it does not specify if one should be the neutral or the hot.  Is this because there is only one power input (unlike the express with two) and it does not matter?:

Does not matter on the 12v AC input.
