Hey i was readin in ledtriks and was wondering can you have a movie playing outside and make it sync with your display kinda like the movie singing and the light show is its back up group . sorry if its a dumb Question newbie here havent even built anything YET it was just a thought

Yes you could, but I think syncing actions in LEDTriks is a little more difficult, but I don't have one so I may be wrong on that.  But I've seen that "style" of show done with a projector.  Create an animation in a tool, create a video, fire off the video from Vixen while playing a sequence.  You might have to play with timing a little.  THe projector would give you a larger display area then a couple of LED triks panels.

A couple of guys down my way have been doing it for a couple of years now. I don't know the details, but I always stop by to check out their show. Maybe an email to them would get  you some first hand advice.
