Thank to Sean and his nutcracker design, my 2 month project is complete and ready to stand guard.

Where did you get the 2" styro for the head?  I can't seem to find it here in GA so my wife is considering paper mache which means there is no way they will be done in time!

Home Depot carries it here  so does many lumber yards.  Its a very common house insulation.  Check into those places.
