 If I remember. The output from the 24v power supply was a little to hot for the voltage regulator. It met specs but ran real hot so a 47ohm x 10 watt block resistor was put in line going to the board. Seemed to cool things down. But my memory is vague. Mr16 should be fine.

You are not allowed to view links. Register or LoginWithout the mosfets you are really limited on the current and you need the alternate firmware. The mosfets invert the output.

 So keep as is with the mosfets. correct?

The Renard had mosfets, then I would use the MR16 with mosfets.

I did not run the additional resistor with the 24v power supply last year and did not notice excessive heat. I'll have to check the wiki now.
