« on: October 16, 2010, »
Hello all, just for everyones pleasure I found the led shooting star icicles lights tonight at Wal-mart they are 10.5 feet long and have 10 icicles with a total of 90 leds they cost $25 per box, but if your store has these you better hurry because my store only had 1 case with 6 boxes of them.

You can also go online to WALMART.com and order these.  I ordered some yesterday with a delivery date of Oct 27.  Going to be interesting to see what I can do with these.

The Walmart $25 set is 10 icicles of various lengths, 11 inches being the longest. The $35 set is 10 icicles all of which are 11 inches. Home Depot also has the lights for $25 but you only get 8 icicles.  I found 6' extension cords at Walmart for 94 cents each.

Got mine yesterday.  They work really well.  On first startup they all flash the same.  Then eventually they stagger with time.  Need to do a little re-enginnering and try to see about making them slow down a bit and randomize on startup.  Any ideas??
