Hi all,
I've attached a static picture of my first display. I'm a newbie and this. I have setup 2 LE's for a total of 32 channels. I built the STAR myself, it looks alot better with some blinky action.
I've learned alot in these past few months, synchronizing lights to music is alot more work than what I expected. Still have to work a few kinks out of Vixen nevertheless I have been getting many nice comments from folks in the neighborhood.
I've achieved my goal in getting my 2 little girls excited about my project however I'm now hooked! You guys are right, this is an addiction.
In any case, great big thanks to RJ and all the other members who have helped me work thru my small issues. You guys are great!

Ricardo.. That star is magnificent.. Great job. and glad that it is all coming together for you. Paraphrasing Rick, the smiles on young faces is all it takes to make the effort worthwhile.
The doctor treating those with CLA (Christmas Light Addiction) will be in after New Years Day.

Beautiful display!
Having the kids involved and smiling makes you completely forget the hard work in setting something like this.
Congrats....

great job. really like the star, different and looks perfect for your display. soon as you see a kid dancing to your lights all the time spent is well worth it isnt it?
Enjoy the next couple weeks because ill bet your out shopping on december 26th!
