Lights are on!
« on: November 27, 2009, »
Pulled the Freestyle and the old Lynx's out and everything is working for year 2! (2nd of Lynx and Freestyle, did the 595's before that)

Had way more trouble with the lights than the controllers this year!

Just wanted to celebrate and say "Thanks" to RJ and all.

You know, I would LOVE to post video if I didn't have so much darn trouble editing in the audio. What do people use to edit their videos?

Unless you're wanting to get fancy with the video, you could use windows movie maker to sync up the audio with the video.

If you have another pc other than the show computer, easiest way to get the complete show audio might be to cable from the headphone jack on an FM receiver to the aux input on the pc and record the show's audio broadcast. Once you have the video and audio captures in movie maker its pretty easy to bump the audio into sync with the video.

Good Luck.

I also used windows movie maker to put the music into the video.  It wasn't all that difficult to do.

I use the KISS theory....I am fortunate that my camcorder has a aux audio input.  I have a small FM radio that I take out in the yard.  Then I have to do a quick edit and insert a title and were done.

PS  My show went live today at 5:00PM     LOR S2 running 160 LOR channels and 208 Lynx DMX channels.  All working and playing well together!!
