It runs on 110 volts and has equal strength in both directions.  It is a little slow, takes about 12 seconds to make the full 90 degree turn and another 12 to go back.  I have an over the counter DMX relay that can handle 5 amps per channel so control is not an issue.
I have this dude sitting on a shelf in my garage and it is killing me that I cannot come up with a good use for it.  Need some creative minds to put this thing to work.

No such thing as a bad idea, so bring em on.
Thanks

Hook it to a set of 4:1 ratio gears and have it spin a Christmas tree around  in one direction and then  in the other direction.  You could have a spinning blinky flashy tree.

Greetings,,,

Do the Jingle Bell Rock.  Rock a huge ringing bell back and forth.

Same with a Sleigh...

Elves on a seesaw...

Elf on end of a ladder being held on ground by other elves, decorating a tree top...

90 degree actuator breaking out of a box as it's being wrapped for Christmas... (Really confuse people...)

 ;D
