Sorry but I missed this post and had it pointed out to me today.
The Express and Mr16 current design and Bom uses all parts rated to -40C.
The MR16 is able to operate at 24V with just the addition of a clip on heatsink. It is support it just need someone to test and make sure the Regulator did not run hot. The Mosfets are rated at 100v so they are very capable of it.
The Express with parts including the Heatsink is 5.25" H x 9.6" W x 2.25" H
The MR16 is 4" H x 4.25" W x .8 " H
