I attended a class in Gatlinburg at the Expo and this guy had some amazing animatronics.

I'm not doing animatronics this year, but its definitely in the cards for next year.

I think he wanted to come to the academy but since he was scheduled to teach at the Expo he couldn't.   
Maybe he would be willing to teach next year since they are on different dates.

He brought the head to DJ Jingles and explained how to make and control the units. 

The Santa in the wreath is the same one from the capitol one commercials.  He just so happened to know the guy.

The slides on the link are from 2 yrs ago but he said he would post the new ones from this year if he could find some extra time.
