vimeo on a cell phone

I've been trying to view some of the videos on the site from my cell and it doesn't support vimeo. Is there a app for it yet? I can't seem to find it if there is.

Only Plus users have the ability to turn on mobile versions of their videos.
I subscribe for a plus account before uploading in December, then cancel in January.

Once the videos are encoded for Mobile they will always be available to view on mobile devices.
