That really depends on the candle. In many cases, the socket is actually part of the candle body and is not removable. in most of the rest, the electrical connections are not insulated because they are using the candle body to provide that insulation. I have bought a few C7 strings just for the bulbs so I have plenty of those sockets. Pm me if you want and I can send you some.
