I have a few items for sale....possibly more (still digging through the garage).

Zeus 16 v2 kit - $40 (plus shipping)

2x Active Hub with Power Supplies -$50 (plus shipping)

16x SSC (with and without ends attached....I believe they are all v4, but will confirm) - $3 each
