I plan to add months 13 and 14 to 2012 so I have enough time to sequence and get done the things that I want to.  I think I need to add them between July and August.

The conversion from static to semi-active display

those kits arent going to build themselves!

Do you know that for sure?  I think that if I leave then alone long enough they might get bored and put themselves together.

I guess when I go to his house to put the lights on the roof I will also have to solder up all of the kits  ;D

I knew that I was friends with you for a reason.  Your a pretty bright guy.  Just make sure that you get here early enough to get the kits together.  There will probably be quite a few more of them by then  ;D

For 2012, I really don't know just yet ... I want to kind of take it easier relative to 2011 which was
too much ... but this is what I'm thinking about:

- doing a lot more sequencing during the year ... and learning how to sequence the RGB items better
- add two RGB coroflakes I didn't get done in 2011
- add three wireless boxheads for the kids to wear and dance around in [ tech all works, just didn't finish the coro yet ]
- double the lights on my new mini megatrees ... just to fill them out better?
- sell 1-2 LOR controllers and build some more LE's instead, using more wireless where it makes sense to
- add an etherdongle
- convert LOR controllers over the DMX control?
- work on some how to videos and improve the website
- explore RGB options for the house outlines using SS nodes.
- convert tune to frequency into a basic RGB matrix ?
- cut down the 20' megatree to 18-19' to limit pole bend issues
- consider an insane RGB topper for the big megatree ?
- listen to my Dad's next dream project, which he feels is too much to even
tell me about just yet -- lol ... but he said it's too much for 2012 even !
