Hey guys.  Looking at my ever growing project list, I stumbled on yet another cool gadget I didn't know about.  This Bobcat servo drive.

I see it is a few years old (or more).   Guess, it's not going to be part of any GB anytime soon. LOL.

Searching prior FS posts, I've seen them go for a couple bucks a pop.   I'd love to get my hands on several boards, and/or kits at the right price.  I want to build Tikki Room props as well as several other ideas I had in mind.  DMX control would be better than what I was working on. (Midi control).   If anyone has some they don't want (or several),  I'd be happy to take them off your hands.

Let me know what you want for them and what you have.  We'll talk.

Thanks,

Stephen (Please PM reply)

FOUND.  Thank you guys.  That was fast.  :)

I just did a GB last fall on them.  I have bare boards in stock, $2 per board plus shipping.

Hey, it's like that old goat says: Rule 11: It's all just a game, so let loose and have fun with it! I mean, a casualty or two along the way is no big deal, right?

Would like to find some threads on ideas on using them.  I bought a couple too, but have not assembled them.  Need to find the motors that they work with next..

Edit:  They use standard servos and connectors.  You have an endless number of servos you can use.  I spent some time reading up on this.  Hopefully, I'll end up with some board so I can get building.  My mind is racing with all sorts of cool ideas.  I think the hard part will be programming a sequence to drive servos for animated figures.  The build should be easy and fun....
