Title: Remove whole channels from a sequence

How do I remove a whole channel from a sequence that Im editing?

Define remove.  Do you just want to turn everything for that channel off - just right click on the channel and select clear all channel events. do you want to not use that channel anymore and just move it out of the way - in the profile change the channel display order. 
Or are you talking about something completely different?
