David at holidaycoro sells: Virgin White Coro - For use with your own DIY projects.  4ft x 8ft - 32 sq/ft total.  Ships as two 48in x 48in sheets, folded in half to 2ft x 4ft. for 29.99 - have not looked at others to compare prices yet.

If we made a flood out of coro - would we just spray the inside with a metallic shiny paint to reflect the light and a plexi glass cover to let the most light out?

I like that as well.  How did you do the letters?
Vinyl lettering.  My wife has a plotter with the ability to cut vinyl... for her business.

Regal Plastics is a local distributor, and they are at other locations too.
Cost, sorry... I don't recall.  I got white coro and black coro at the time... many sheets of each.

David Moore did a Make-N-Take for the LoneStarHolidays.com group and he taught us a number of things.

There is a tool called a Coro Claw that is great for cutting and doing magic with Coro.  David sells them at HolidayCoro.  Here is a useful write-up:  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

To join coro, use a hot glue gun.  Glue sticks from Walmart work very well.

I've seen small blank Coro signs at Lowes, with the other signs they sell, like "Garage Sale" along with vinyl letter stickers, so you could try that if you don't need something all that big.

look in your yellow pages for sign suppliers.  You want a wholesaler who sells to sign shops.  I bought a couple of 4x8 sheets for around $10 each a couple of years ago.  I bought mine from SignSupplyUSA.  They have outlets all over the US.  There are others of course. The coroclaw is very good for cutting along the spine, but a very sharp razor knife and a good straight edge also works.
