do you...

run your show on the hour, with your songs, then after it finishes, it's either off or doing something random untill the next hour (or half hour)

or...

run your songs on constant repeat

or...

something different?

Constant loop...no one wants to wait around for your show to start unless you got a keg tapped out front.

My show timed out to be 17 minutes and XX seconds so I had a "fill" song/sequence where all the channels randomly come on for a few seconds to get the total show to 20 minutes.  That way when the show was repeated the show started every 20 minutes.

Unlike most here, I run mine in a "show "format. I live in a culdesac and play 1/2 hour shows. 5 min pre-show for people to get parked, about a 20 min show, then 5 min to leave. It has worked for me and gives everyone a specific time to come and leave. I do have to direct traffic on weekends, but it has worked well for me.
