When do you think is a good time to turn the lights off and be respectful to the neighbors?

I usually do 10:00 during the week, but 11:00 on weekends.  At the moment I am running all 7 days at 10:30.  I think it also depends on what type of neighborhood you are in.  Location, location, location.

I'm like jnealand during the week Sun-Thrus its 10PM and on Fri-Sat its 11PM.  And yes you need to be respectful of your neighbors.  Want to keep everyone happy or at least make the best effort on your part to make everyone happy.  ;D
