I took the letter to mean that they were asking you to run it till 11pm, if the costs are not too prohibitive.
It kind of goes inline with our generally selfish society we live in these days.
I had one guy drive down around 10pm last year and the show was already off. He got out and was friendly and
mentioned nice things about the show. He said he had just driven a couple hours down with another car to show family
... so I asked him what his favorite songs were ... went in and turned it on for them.
