Olympic LED show

was anyone else taken by the LED light show in the stands at the opening ceremony?  I was thinking how huge a project that had to have been for the guy that sequenced that.

Try these on for size:
There were 640,000 pixels spread across 70,799 small panels mounted between the seats;
These were connected by 317km of cable;
15,000 square metres of staging were used;
50 tonnes of sound equipment were used in a million-watt PA system which connected 500 speakers – more than double the main stage at Glastonbury;
40,000 recycled plastic water bottles;
10,000 recycled plastic bags;
57,000 separate garments;
7,500 volunteer cast;
The white balloons carrying the Olympic Rings to space started at 1m diameter and reached 10m as they hit the stratosphere.
