Title: Nutcracker: bug fix for single strand

A user found the bug where the direction in single strand effects was not being restored correctly.

This is now fixed. Turns out the database had the right information but when loading the form, it would take defaults.


I have got my 6 16' arches up and am creating single strand effects so i will be working out any bugs in single strand.

I just got all of my SSCs working so it looks like smart strings this year!
