When I delete a playlist and do a save, xLights just stops (crashes) without saving the newly modified configuration.
I open the xScheduler, select the playlist that I want to delete, click 'Playlist' > 'Delete'.
The playlist tab that was selected dissappears.
Clicking the 'Disk' save icon results in a 'xScheduler has stopped working' message box.
When reopening xScheduler the tab has not actually been deleted.
I am running this on a Windows 7 32b system.

I have been unable to recreate this issue on my Win7 PC. Which version of xLights are you using? Does it happen every time you delete a playlist and then save? Has anyone else seen this issue?

2012b
This machine is running Win 7 Pro 32bit
I tried it several times on this machine because it's the show machine.
What I haven't done is try it on another non show machine. Will test and report results.
Tom
Update:
I tried it on my other machine that is not used to run shows and dang if it didn't delete it correctly on that one.
I think that this problem has exsisted on this machine at least since last Christmas when I first started using xLights in 2011. I had just forgot about it.
Any suggestions? Possible causes?

Check the "C:\Program Files\xLights" folder. It should look like the listing below. If not, try uninstalling xlights and then re-install it.

I have 2 files as follows in that directory that dosen't match yours exactly
wxmsw28u_gcc_custom.dll 8/27/2010 9889Kb
wxmsw293u_gcc_custom.dll 4/28/2012 21559Kb Yours is a slightly different size.
and
xTester.exe
xTesterRGB.exe
I will try to delete and reinstall tomorrow before shutting down.
I am going to let it run the July 4 show one more time before messing with any major rework.
Thanks,
Hope you are having a great 4th.

Well I wish I could say that the problem was solved with an uninstall/reinstall but it didn't.
I can video it if you want to see what is happening.

Does the contents of the "C:/Program Files/xLights" folder now match the listing I posted previously?
-
Yes, identical.

I'm still experiencing this same problem even in the latest version.

Scott; you know you posted to a thread 2 1/2 years old. The software mentioned in this thread is before Nutcracker was merged together.
I suggest open a new thread in the xlights forum
http://nutcracker123.com/forum/index.php?board=6.0
Since my lights are not yet up, I wont be able to debug until sometime next week.
There are many releases, for now go back some versions and see if you can narrow down when it happens.
There are many people using 3.6.11 now with LOR with out crashes. I am guessing it is some combination of setup, models. I am not doubting that you have an issue, it is just easy to find when it doesnt happen to the developers.
what we need to do is duplicate your environment.
Open the new thread and we will follow up there.
