Extension cords???
« on: December 26, 2012, »
Anyone find a good deal on extension cords? Last year Target had 500 that they wanted to get rid of at half-off... this year, there was only one down bottom of the bin... I need 88 of them for next year... Is there another time of the year to find them at a discount?

Thanks,

Make your own using spt and plugs. Much cheaper.

Go to other Targets. I hit 3 of them today and got 15ft cords for 1 dollar each. CHEAPER than spt and vampire plugs...

+1. Way easier than you think and you can make them exactly the length you want.

I've seen photos of peoples' light controllers with really long cables on them, and I think "holy crap, those are long!". Isn't it a nuisance putting the controllers away neatly with 16 extra cables to tangle up?? Why not just have longer extension cords from the controller to the light strings? At least those are separated so they aren't as likely to tangle.
