I just picked up one today. It does say  (after i took it out of the box)  not for use with dimmers.  but I think we should be ok? 
more info...   I only have 2 Aether II's

They mean do not dim the power going into. I do not think they mean do not dim the power coming out of it. It should not know that we are dimming with the power.

thanka for fast response...   120watt, and 12 AC   i believe is strong enough for 2.

Your first aethers?   Remember the first time I powered mine.  I love em!  Still my favorite   Enjoy.
